Canadians love to stand in lines. They do it always, everywhere, for so many different reasons. In most cases it is much funnier than the pictures can communicate it, for example when you need two minutes to find the correct end of the line for the bus number you are planning to wait for. Canadians are so unbelievable polite ("I'm sorry" - "No, I am sorry"), friendly and courteous. Imagine 500 Germans waiting peacefully in one line for the next bus, highly unrealistic...
Ok, in Germany you don't have to wait so long for a bus, as our public transport systems are not as ridiculous as the one in Toronto...
